ICP™ is a gentle, daily intestinal cleanse that uses an advanced mix of soluble and insoluble fibers sourced from psyllium, oat bran, and flax and fennel seeds as well as premium essential oils to improve nutrient absorption, decrease the buildup of waste, and help maintain a healthy heart. Fennel, Anise, Tarragon, Ginger, Lemongrass, and Rosemary essential oils are key components of the formulation.

ICP helps keep your colon clean with an ideal combination of fibers to scour out residues. A healthy digestive system is important for the proper functioning of all other systems because the digestive system absorbs all the nutrients that are used throughout the body! And we definitely want to make sure we are getting all those nutrients, especially when we are putting so much effort into eating clean, healthy and seasonally!

Each ingredient in ICP is chosen for a specific reason:

• Psyllium Seed Powder: expands when mixed with water, soft fiber that helps with intestinal discomfort
• Oat Bran: binds up fat, also high in beta-glucans which support immunity
• Flax Seed: cleanses intestinal walls, supports the liver against overburden of toxins, source of lignans and omega-3 fats
• Fennel Seed: stimulates the GI mucous membranes, supports secretion of digestive enzymes for undigested proteins
• Rice Bran: rich in essential fatty acids and antioxidants, protective of the cardiovascular system, source of manganese, selenium and magnesium
• Lipase: fat-dissolving enzyme vital for absorption of Vitamins A, D and E, helps dissolve carbohydrates, works with amylase to break down starches into sugar
• Proteases: protein-dissolving enzymes designed to work within the broad pH range of the digestive tract from the stomach to the colon, this combination of proteases is formulated to maximize protein digestion and amino acid formulation
• Phytase: allows the body to break down and assimilate the minerals found in grains, nuts, seed and other foods
• Peptidase: promotes formation and absorption of amino acids in the digestive system
• Guar gum, Yucca, Cellulose: fibers that support digestion and contains necessary digestive enzymes
• Fennel, Anise, Tarragon, Ginger, Lemongrass and Rosemary essential oils: support the GI tract, decrease intestinal upset and flatulence, support the colon, liver and cleansing and work to stimulate the immune system especially with in the digestive tract.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE Mix 2 rounded tsp. with at least 8 oz. of juice or water. If cleansing or eating a high-protein diet, use 3 times daily. If eating a low-protein diet, use once daily. Drink immediately, as this product tends to thicken quickly when added to liquid. Tastes best in carrot juice, apple juice, or smoothies.
